We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Lead for a 10–14 week contract to lead the productionisation of ML workloads and establish repeatable MLOps practices.

Key responsibilities:

- Assess ML readiness and productionise nominated ML/AI workloads .
- Establish MLOps patterns for model development, versioning, deployment and promotion.
- Implement CI/CD, monitoring, security and operational controls for ML solutions.
- Define rollback, recovery and production support processes.
- Develop reusable MLOps patterns and technical documentation.

Key requirements:

- 10+ years of experience across Analytics, Data Science, ML or AI Engineering.
- Solid hands-on MLOps and production ML experience.
- Experience with Azure ML or equivalent ML platforms .
- Strong knowledge of model lifecycle, CI/CD, deployment and monitoring .
- Experience taking ML solutions into production and operational support .
