We partner closely with funded startups to understand their product, technology, and culture needs. Currently, we're working with a funded-startup to find a AI Product led CTO to lead end-to-end product and technology strategy for AI-driven solutions.

This full-time role is based in Sydney, with a mix of main on-site collaboration with the founder to drive significant growth over the next 2 years.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the technical vision, overseeing software and AI architecture, guiding product roadmap priorities, and aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.

The role will manage a small cross-functional team, leading hands-on to grow AI subscription workflows to 100s of customers.

This role is for you if you have

- Solid Software Development and Product Development skills,



with hands-on experience building and scaling AI-enabled products.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based systems.
- Experience leading AI agentic build out.
- Track record in startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with founders, investors, and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with lean teams and a willingness to be regularly present in Sydney CBD.
