We are looking for a motivated and reliable 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who is looking to build their skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced technicians across a range of air conditioning and refrigeration projects.

Apprentices are paid award rates of pay plus overtime and allowances.

About the role

- Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Fault finding and diagnosing system issues
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs
- Working on residential, commercial and/or industrial equipment
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment




- Working as part of a professional and supportive team

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:

- Is currently in their 3rd or 4th year of an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship
- Has a genuine interest in the HVAC&R; industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
- Is reliable, punctual and hard working
- Has a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A outstanding attitude and commitment to learning
- A current driver’s licence-advantageous
