About the role

Complete Air Systems was established in Perth 30 years ago. We provide residential and commercial air conditioning installation and service for a wide range of clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.

We have a strong pipeline of work and generate a steady flow of leads.

Your focus will be meeting customers, understanding their need, recommending the right system, preparing a explicit proposal and following it through to the sale.

We are looking for someone who presents well, has strong communication, is technically capable, organized, and can work autonomously.

What you will be doing

- Attending clients meeting across Perth
- Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate air conditioning solution
- Quoting ducted reverse cycle and split-system installations
- Reading plans, taking measurements and accurately scoping projects
- Presenting options clearly and helping customers decide
- Following up quotes and closing sales
- Managing sales pipeline and keeping accurate records
- Working closely with our office and operations teams to ensure jobs are properly handed over for installation
- Working toward monthly sales and margin targets

What we are looking for

- Proven sales experience,



ideally in air conditioning, HVAC, construction or another trade- related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Good organisation and consistent follow-up
- The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- A commercial mindset without compromising the customer outcome
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Experience with SimPro and Podium CRM is a plus
- Previous HVAC sales or system-design experience would be a strong advantage, but we’ll also consider an experienced salesperson from a related industry who can learn the technical side quickly.
