Are you naturally positive with people?

Do you enjoy meeting customers, asking questions, understanding what they need and helping them find the right solution?

You don't necessarily need years of air conditioning experience.

We're looking for someone with energy, curiosity, confidence and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

You may currently be working in appliance sales, automotive, furniture, home improvement, electrical retail or another customer-facing sales environment.

If you've worked somewhere like Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, JB Hi-Fi or a similar retail/showroom sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Rapid Cold is looking for a motivated Air Conditioning Sales Consultant to join our residential team.

This isn't about standing in a showroom waiting for someone to buy a product.

You'll meet homeowners, understand how they use their home, identify their comfort needs and help them choose the right heating and cooling solution.

Our approach is consultative.

We don't aim to be the cheapest. We focus on good design, quality installation, customer experience and long-term comfort.

You'll receive training and support to develop your technical knowledge, so we're open to candidates from outside the air conditioning industry.

What You'll Be Doing

· Meet customers at their homes and in our showroom

· Build rapport and understand what the customer is trying to achieve

· Recommend suitable heating and cooling solutions

· Prepare and present professional quotations

· Explain different system and design options in a simple way

· Follow up enquiries and quotations

· Build long-term relationships with customers

· Work closely with our installation and office teams

· Learn air conditioning design, products, zoning and installation requirements





· Manage your opportunities using our professional CRM and job management software

Air conditioning experience is an advantage, but it is not essential.
