All Seasons Air is a well organised company providing electrical, mechanical, cabling, communications and air conditioning services for commercial projects, including schools, hospitals and aged care facilities—as well as residential high-rise developments.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Site Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential and commercial air conditioning projects.

About the Role

As the Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site operations, managing trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate air conditioning projects from site commencement through to completion
- Supervise site activities, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate installations with builders and other trades
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, builders, consultants, and contractors
- Manage project documentation, variations, RFIs, and progress reporting
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, regulations, WHS requirements, and project specifications
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and labour requirements




- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Assist with project programming and scheduling
- Lead and support the site team to achieve project milestones

About You We are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience managing commercial air conditioning/HVAC projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical services and HVAC installations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Positive understanding of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Relevant HVAC/mechanical qualifications are highly regarded
- Previous experience working with builders and major construction projects is an advantage
