Saw Operator Position for Westec Doors & Windows

Westec Doors and Windows is the leading Hi-End Residential Doors and Window supplier for Perth and the surrounding region. We require a self-motivated individual with the following requirements to fill the position of Saw Operator.

Saw Operator Duties

- Set up and operate Emmegi & Elumatec saws to cut Aluminium.
- Examine materials for any defects prior to cutting.
- Read and understand fabrication sheets to determine material optimization.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Maintain saws, checking and replacing worn blades, drive belts and other parts.
- Keep record of daily production.

Saw Operator Requirements

- Ability to read fabrication sheets & technical drawings
- Experience with the operation of saws
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision
