Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Implementation Manager. In this high-impact role, you will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary project team to effectively deliver the implementation of the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) electronic rostering solution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the successful delivery of ICT-enabled business change in alignment with the project management methodologies and PMO frameworks.
- Provide overall leadership and assume full responsibility for implementing the core IWFM Program plan and overarching statewide rollout schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, apply robust project management techniques, and actively manage resources, finances, risks, issues, and perks realization within program tolerances.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, Change Management Specialists, and solution specialists to facilitate local change, engagement, and solution requirements.
- Proactively monitor, control, and report on local implementation trends, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality project outcomes.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and senior governance committees across local and statewide levels.
- Inspire, lead, and mentor multi-disciplinary project team members by setting clear objectives, offering guidance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.





About You:

- Minimum 3 years of experience successfully managing and delivering large, complex ICT-enabled business change management projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and sustain high-performing multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, connect, and build productive working relationships across complex organizational structures (often remotely).
- Expertise in applying established project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including risk/issue mitigation and governance controls.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, HR and roster-to-payroll workflow processes and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workbrain).
- Willingness and availability for intrastate travel and site assignments across Queensland Health locations as required by the statewide program implementation schedule.
