On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, DFP Recruitment is seeking experienced policy professionals for APS6 Policy Officer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policy, reform projects and strategic initiatives.
- Analyse complex issues and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support engagement activities and contribute to policy implementation outcomes.
- Use sound judgement and initiative to progress work with limited supervision.
About You
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Desirable
- Program governance or project planning experience.
- Experience within disability reform, social policy or related areas.
- Experience delivering complex procurement outcomes.
