About Us:

OROSI Architecture is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.

● Preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical detailing and specifications for multi-residential buildings and structures

● Translating architects' concepts and designs into precise technical documentation

● Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project documentation for statutory approvals

● Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD software

● Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation

● Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project progression





● Ensuring compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements

Skills and Experience Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.

● Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).

● Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.

● Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
