Ignite is partnering with an established architectural practice in Sydney that is expanding its team to support upcoming projects and continued growth.

We are seeking two Architectural Graduates with approximately 2–5 years’ experience who are looking to develop their technical and project experience within a cooperative architectural environment.

You will join an experienced team delivering projects within the healthcare and health facilities sector, gaining exposure to complex and highly regulated environments. Previous healthcare experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential, with training and support available to help you build your sector knowledge.

The priority is finding candidates with strong Revit skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn, develop and grow with the practice over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced architects and project teams, you will:

- Support the design and documentation of architectural projects
- Produce and update drawings and documentation using Revit
- Assist across different stages of project delivery
- Work collaboratively with architects, designers and consultants
- Support project teams with technical documentation and coordination
- Develop your understanding of healthcare architecture and project requirements




- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality architectural outcomes

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Approximately 2–5 years’ architectural experience
- Relevant qualifications in Architecture
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Experience producing architectural documentation
- Good technical and design capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
- Healthcare project experience would be advantageous but is not required
