Roof Plumbers (Multi-Site Contract)

Job Brief

We are seeking ten (10) trade-qualified Roof Plumbers for an upcoming contract spanning industrial assets in Pinjarra, WA and McArthur River, NT. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-gauge metal roofing systems, drainage networks, and structural cladding. Please note that accommodation and travel logistics are not provided for this campaign.

Position Details

- ? Pay Rate: Market-competitive salary (Commensurate with trade experience)

- ✈️ Logistics: Accommodation and travel are NOT provided (Self-managed arrangement)

- ? Start Date: Wednesday, 7 October 2026

- ⏱️ Contract Duration: Until December 2026

- ? Roster Pattern: 6 days per week

- ? Visa Sponsorship: Available (Qualified offshore applicants will be considered based on technical skillset, industrial trade history, and English communication proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

- Roofing Installation: Install, repair, and maintain industrial metal roofing systems, steel sheets, and structural components.

- Drainage Systems: Lay out and install commercial gutters, downpipes,



flashings, cappings, and complex roof drainage networks.

- Material Processing: Precisely measure, cut, shape, and fit sheet metal and structural roofing materials according to layout plans.

- Remediation & Diagnostics: Systematically identify, isolate, and repair structural leaks or damaged drainage infrastructure.

- Safety at Heights: Work safely at heights, utilizing relevant fall-prevention equipment, and adhering strictly to SWMS and site safety protocols.

- Quality Assurance: Interpret engineering blueprints and conduct thorough visual inspections to ensure all completed work matches strict project standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Recognized Trade Qualification in Roof Plumbing, Sheet Metal Work, or equivalent licensing.

- Proven commercial or industrial roof plumbing experience.

- Proficiency using specialized roofing hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication machinery safely.

- Must hold (or be eligible to quickly obtain) a Working at Heights certification and a Construction White Card.

- Strong physical fitness and absolute comfort working outdoors on an intensive 6-day roster.

- For Offshore Applicants: Must possess an elite technical skillset, verifiable trade references, and high-level English communication skills.
