We are working with a leading indie integrated creative, media & comms agency who are on the hunt for an Account Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and shape the strategic and creative work behind them. The role

You'll own a portfolio of accounts from planning through to delivery, working closely with client, creative and production teams. You'll shape briefs with a clear strategic point of view, bring clients along on the thinking behind the work, and help grow the Account Executives and Account Managers around you.

What you'll be doing

- Leading the strategic and day-to-day relationship across a portfolio of accounts
- Developing briefs with a clear strategic point of view before they hit creative
- Partnering with creative and production to shape and land integrated work
- Managing scopes, budgets and timelines, and flagging risks early




- Presenting ideas and strategic thinking to clients with clarity and confidence
- Supporting and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers
- Spotting opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts

What you'll bring

- 5+ years agency experience, with a track record of leading accounts and driving strategic thinking
- Confidence developing and presenting strategic points of view to clients
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and stay steady under pressure
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach to client work
- A genuine love of outstanding work, great teams and great client relationships
