Want to get out from behind the desk and build a career in external architectural sales?

I’m working with an established Australian architectural products business looking for an ambitious salesperson to join their St Peters showroom.

This is not a traditional showroom sales role. The showroom is appointment-based, so your focus will be on outbound sales, new business and building relationships with architects, designers and builders.

The Role:

- Cold call and generate new business.
- Develop relationships with architects, designers and builders.
- Identify new projects, specifications and tenders.
- Manage your own sales pipeline.
- Bring clients into the showroom and convert opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director, with the prospect to progressively take on external client meetings.

About You: You could already be an Internal BDM looking to move into external sales, or an ambitious salesperson looking to break into the architectural products market.

Your background could include

- Architectural steel or aluminium windows and doors.
- Glazing.
- Architectural hardware
- Bespoke or technical architectural products.
- Building products.
- Sales into architects,



designers or builders.

An Architect or Interior Designer with strong sales experience would also be considered. More importantly, you’ll be confident on the phone, enjoy chasing new business and be comfortable speaking with architects and builders.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be selling high-end steel windows, doors and bespoke glazing solutions into premium residential projects.

It’s a quality, design-led product, with the chance to build a strong network within the architectural industry and a genuine pathway into an External BDM role.

- $80K–$110K + Super + Commission.
