About You

You're a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with customers, identifying opportunities and achieving results. You take a proactive approach, build trust easily, and are motivated by delivering outstanding service while growing your territory. Whether you're managing existing accounts or developing new business, you bring energy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer success.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across NSW. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, increasing sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Promote LSC's extensive range of products and solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Work closely with branch and national teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge.

To be successful in the role, you will have
- Demonstrated success in sales, account management or business development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience within the security, locksmith, hardware, electrical or related industries will be highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence.
