About the role:

Reporting directly to the managing director, you'll manage an established portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and win new business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, engineering, production and operations to deliver awesome service and develop long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

· Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts

· Develop new business opportunities across existing and new markets

· Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle





· Build solid, long-term relationships with customers

· Understand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams

· Act as the customer's advocate internally

· Visit customers across Sydney.

About you:

· Two to five years' experience in account management, technical sales or business development

· A technical background in engineering, electronics, electrical, manufacturing or related

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong organisational and time management abilities

· A proactive, customer-first mindset

· A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites
