Accountant Wanted – Aged Care Business

We are looking for an experienced and reliable accountant to join our growing aged care business.

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week across 3 days, with the potential to increase to a full time position as the business grows.

Key responsibilities will include

- Payroll processing and management
- PAYG and superannuation
- Director payroll, tax and super guidance
- Client budgeting and budget monitoring
- Xero management and reconciliations
- Financial reporting and general accounting support
- Cash flow and expense monitoring

We already have someone managing our BAS/GST, so this is not required. Experience in aged care, Home Care Packages/Support at Home, NDIS or a similar industry would be highly regarded.

We are looking for someone reliable, organised and responsive who is interested in growing with the business.
