About the role Our client, a reputable global business, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team as soon as possible (can wait out a notice period for the right candidate).

Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is looking to expand on their experience and work for a reputable company based in Parramatta.

The Responsibilities: Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Team Lead, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Deliver efficient Accounts Payable services, including invoice processing, supplier query management, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with AP policies, governance standards, and service level requirements while maintaining data accuracy and process integrity.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve invoice, purchase order, and payment-related exceptions, escalating issues where required.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and timely outcomes.
- Support continuous operational excellence through SAP data management,



process improvement activities, and broader team support.

The successful applicant:

- At least 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to communicate confidently with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- SAP experience is highly regarded, but not essential
