We are partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on people leader to drive operational excellence, support business improvement initiatives, and lead a high performing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead and develop the Accounts Payable team while ensuring critical payment, vendor administration, and compliance processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead and develop a high performing Accounts Payable team.

- Oversee day to day payment, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance activities.

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across AP services.

- Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and support key business initiatives.

- Support the AP Manager in delivering team objectives and business outcomes.

About You

- Proven experience leading an Accounts Payable team.





- Demonstrated success driving process improvement and change initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- A collaborative and proactive leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
