About the role
You'll play an important role in keeping the financial and administrative side of the business running smoothly. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, a relaxed working environment and the flexibility to work hours that fit around their life.
Key responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing customer orders, payments, claims and credit notes
- Managing supplier invoices and payments
- Processing weekly payroll, leave and STP lodgements
- Completing daily bank reconciliations
- Managing purchasing, stock adjustments and inventory administration
- Preparing monthly sales agent commission reports
- Maintaining customer, supplier, stock and general ledger records
- Preparing BAS, payroll tax, WorkCover and other statutory reports
- Producing financial, stock and sales reports as required
About you
- An experienced bookkeeper/accounting administrator
- Experienced with MYOB EXO (highly preferred)
- Confident with ATO,
BAS, payroll and statutory requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and staff
