Foxy Trailers is looking for a confident, organised and reliable Admin person to join our growing business.

This is not just a basic reception or data-entry role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day administration of the business, communicate with customers and suppliers, organise jobs and contractors, and make sure things get followed through.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing customer quotes and invoices
- Managing customer emails and phone enquiries
- Ordering equipment, appliances, materials and parts
- Communicating with suppliers and following up deliveries
- Managing customer records, job files and paperwork
- Managing basic social media posts, messages and enquiries
- Booking appointments and maintaining schedules
- Assisting with general office and business administration
- Helping improve systems and processes as the business grows

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is highly organised and reliable
- Has strong communication skills




- Is confident dealing with customers
- Can work independently
- Takes initiative and solves problems
- Has good computer, email and administration skills
- Is comfortable preparing quotes and invoices
- Has strong attention to detail
- Takes responsibility and follows tasks through to completion

Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, caravans, trailers, construction or a trade-based business would be highly regarded.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can become a key part of Foxy Trailers and eventually manage most of the day-to-day office administration and coordination of the business.

Full-time position

Western Sydney

Salary negotiable depending on experience
