About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration / Accounts Receivable Officer, who will be responsible for general administration, managing customer accounts, processing payments, resolving account enquiries and supporting the collection of outstanding debt. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accounts are accurate, payments are allocated correctly and exceptional customer service is maintained.

- Location: Emerald




- Pay Rate: $34 Per Hour
- Experience: Accounts Receivable Experience Required
- Start/Finish Times: 8.30am - 4.30pm (Times can be negotiated)
- Days of Work: Monday to Friday | Full Time

What You’ll Do

- Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure records remain up to date.
- Follow up outstanding accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management teams to resolve account queries.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Daily data entry tasks, including accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across internal run sheets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when managing debt recovery and difficult customer conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,



specifically Excel, and other administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
