Title: Administration Officer

Employment Type: Casual

Pay Range: $37-$45 per hour plus super

Expected Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Location: Narangba

We're a passionate, rapidly growing team looking for an Administration Officer who wants to make a real difference, contribute to a strong workplace culture, and grow with us as we continue to expand!

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office through the delivery of high-quality administrative and operational support.

The position provides critical assistance across invoicing, timesheet processing, scheduling, purchasing, customer and supplier communications, and general office administration.

Acting as a key point of contact, the role supports the Operations Team by managing enquiries, coordinating information, and maintaining professional front desk, phone, and email communications to ensure effective business operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and maintain employee timesheets accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all records are complete and submitted in accordance with company requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees, delivering professional front desk reception services.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team by responding to enquiries, coordinating information, preparing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Manage purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders, sourcing materials and supplies, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining procurement records.




- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across company systems.
- Maintain employee, project, and company documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of customer invoicing.
- Coordinate employee and project scheduling activities, including labour allocation, leave records, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings as required.
- Support workforce administration activities, including onboarding, inductions, training coordination, and general employee administration.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required to support business operations.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in an administration, office support, reception, or operations role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating schedules, bookings, or workforce administration activities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



with the ability to engage professionally with employees, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner when managing front desk, phone, and email enquiries.
- Experience within the construction, manufacturing, or trades industry is desirable but not essential.

Desirable Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are desirable, but not essential:

- Certificate in Business Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Current driver's licence.
