As an Administration Officer, you will provide effective and productive reception and administrative support, including patient bookings, file retrieval,
scanning documentation into the patient information system, and undertaking a range of general office duties. You will utilise your sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise competing tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

What you will bring to the role
1. Extensive administration experience with high level knowledge of Microsoft office suite, working in a similar support role including front line reception and appointment management whilst having the ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
2. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing fast paced environment
3. Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, including attention to detail. This is demonstrated through the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including patients and health professionals
4. Demonstrated initiative to solve problems, ability to prioritise, coordinate and time manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
5. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills when dealing with people with complex health needs
6. Capacity to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
7. Experience in paper based and electronic record maintenance and filing
