The Health Information and Administration team is seeking an Administration Officer (Reliever) to join the Health Information & Administration Services team on a permanent part-time basis.

This opportunity is for a Administration Officer - Reliever role, providing flexible administrative support across all CHRH sites and administrative functions.

It is a valuable opportunity for staff who are interested in expanding their experience across diverse areas, developing broader organisational knowledge, and contributing to service continuity.

Position Details

- Role Title: Administration Officer (Reliever)
- Location: Across all CHRH sites
- Duration: Permanent part-time, working 48 hours per fortnight (with the ability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight)
- Start Date: immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support across multiple CHRH sites as required
- Backfill a variety of administrative functions to ensure continuity of services
- Adapt to different teams, workflows, and systems in a timely manner
- Deliver high-quality customer service to patients, staff, and stakeholders
- Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative work environment
