About the role

- Lead as Manager on Duty, set explicit priorities and keep the operation moving

- Coach and develop team members while recognising strong performance

- Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the guest experience

- Oversee liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance

- Support labour management, stock control, cash handling and venue reporting

- Identify practical improvements and work with the leadership team to put them into action

- Ensure the venue is presented to the highest standard

Who we’re looking for

- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar venue.

- Solid knowledge of gaming, bar and TAB operations
- A positive,



energetic leader who sets clear expectations, develops people and brings the team with them

- Confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting

- Current NSW RSA and RCG, with ARCG completed or able to be completed before supervising operations

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
