Job Type: Full time The Star Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager in In Room Dining to lead a dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of The Star Grand Hotel, The Darling, and related venues. You will report directly to the Venue Manager and help deliver a world-class guest experience.

Key responsibilities include directing service standards, rostering, staff training, performance management, and continuously improving SOPs while ensuring RSA compliance and adherence to liquor laws.
