Working closely with a highly experienced Senior Property Manager, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship and exposure to all aspects of residential property management. The role will also include leasing responsibilities, supporting new business leasing and lease renewals as part of the wider portfolio workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and entry condition reports
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Respond to tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently




- Assist with new business leasing and lease renewals
- Coordinate the leasing process from enquiry through to lease signing
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Provide general administrative and portfolio support to the Senior Property Manager
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is ideal
- A current Certificate IV in Property Services
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who is eager to develop a long-term career in property management
- A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
