WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- An individual with a strong focus on service and knowledge in both food and beverage.
- Minimum 2 years Management experience in a similar setting with an strong attention to detail.
- The want to work with a professional team in an iconic Melbourne restaurant
- Friendly, professional people.
- An individual to challenge themselves in a 600 strong award winning wine list.
- WSET and CMS training is desired but not essential.
THE ROLE: Manager
- Responsible for service and sales.
- Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.
- Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.
- Assisting the Owners with daily and weekly restaurant operations.
- To capably lead FOH staff members during service.
- Closing Procedures of the Restaurant
