As we continue our retail expansion, we’re excited to be opening a brand-new store in Miranda, NSW, and we’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team from day one.

This is more than just a management role – it’s an opportunity to partner with the Store Manager to launch a new store, build and develop a high-performing team, drive commercial results, and create an exceptional in-store experience from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering day-to-day store operations with energy and precision




- Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
- Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager level
- Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
- Hands-on and confident leading from the floor in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong understanding of customer service, stock management, and driving sales performance
- A supportive and accountable leader who leads by example, builds team capability, and brings a results-driven mindset
