Associate Dentist — Azure Dental, Inglewood

(Wed + Sat half-day to start; book grows with conversion)

We’re a premium 4-chair practice focused on complex reconstructive and aesthetic dentistry — implants, orthodontics (braces/Invisalign), prosthodontics, and full-mouth work — alongside solid general care.

We’re open to two profiles: someone already skilled in complex work, or an ethical, eager dentist keen to learn it properly with mentorship. Attitude and conversion matter as much as current skill.

What you’ll do

- Comprehensive clinical care with a pathway into more complex cases
- Work closely with the team on treatment planning and case conversion
- Start Wed + Sat (half day); the book can grow quickly if consult conversion is strong

What we’re looking for

- AHPRA-registered dentist, ideally 2+ years clinical experience
- Strong ethics, clear communication, collaborative with staff and patients




- Either proven complex skills or hunger to learn — plus the ability to convert consults into accepted treatment

Mentorship One-on-one support from Dr Tim Maxwell in orthodontics, implants, and prosthodontics for those building into complex dentistry.

What we offer

- 40% commission
