Game Over currently operates successful venues on the Gold Coast, at Oxley in Brisbane and at North Lakes, as well as three centres in New Zealand—Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown. Our venues are known for delivering premium, high-energy entertainment experiences for guests of all ages.

About the Venue

Game Over North Lakes is a 3,500 sqm indoor family entertainment centre featuring:

- Indoor go-karting for all ages, including junior and two-seater karts
- Ten-pin bowling
- Mini golf
- Arcade games
- Batting cage
- Café and food and beverage facilities

Since opening, Game Over North Lakes has quickly become a popular destination for families, parties, groups and corporate events. We are now expanding our team to support the venue’s continued growth and deliver exceptional experiences to every guest.

Available Roles

We are recruiting for a range of positions, including:
- Reception and front-of-house staff
- Attractions attendants
- Party hosts
- Food and beverage staff
- Other operational roles





Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with reception and front-of-house duties
- Delivering safety briefings and operating go-kart sessions
- Supervising bowling, mini golf, the batting cage and arcade attractions
- Hosting birthday parties, group bookings and events
- Assisting with food, beverage and catering services
- Creating a fun, safe and memorable experience for every guest

About You

If you have relevant experience and demonstrate the following qualities, we would love to hear from you:
- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, attractions, events or customer service
- A reliable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Neat and qualified personal presentation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- RSA is required
