Tinnitus Relief Australia Sunshine Coast & Remote Opportunities

Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Work Options

READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN AUDIOLOGY?

If you love audiology but are looking for more variety, greater clinical development and the opportunity to genuinely change people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you. Tinnitus Relief Australia is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for Audiologists to join our team across a range of working arrangements:

- In-clinic at our new Mooloolaba clinic on the Sunshine Coast
- Remote / work-from-home
- Hybrid, combining remote and in-clinic work
- Full-time or part-time For the right person, we’re happy to build a role around your experience, strengths and preferred way of working.

This isn’t just a traditional hearing aid role.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across adult hearing healthcare, tinnitus and total hearing health, while developing specialist skills in an area of audiology that is growing rapidly.

Whether you already have tinnitus experience or you’re looking to expand your clinical skills into something new, we’ll provide the training, mentoring and support to help you succeed.

ABOUT TINNITUS RELIEF AUSTRALIA

Tinnitus Relief Australia specialises in evidence-based tinnitus care and supports patients across Australia with tinnitus, hearing loss and their broader hearing health needs. Alongside our specialist tinnitus services, our team provides comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing rehabilitation and hearing aid solutions, with a strong focus on personalised and long-term patient care.

We work as part of a multidisciplinary model alongside Audiologists, Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, GPs, ENT Specialists and other healthcare professionals.

This gives our clinicians the opportunity to look beyond hearing alone and support a patient’s overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Our goal is simple: to continue building one of Australia’s most trusted and progressive tinnitus and hearing healthcare services.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Depending on your experience and whether you’re working remotely, in-clinic or in a hybrid position, your role may include:

- Adult diagnostic hearing assessments
- Hearing aid assessments, fittings and rehabilitation
- Comprehensive tinnitus and hearing assessments
- Developing personalised tinnitus treatment and care plans
- Delivering evidence-based tinnitus programs, including Neuromonics, Lenire and TRT
- Sound therapy and hearing rehabilitation
- Patient education and ongoing clinical support
- Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care as required
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team
- Building strong, long-term relationships with patients throughout their care journey

We want our Audiologists to have the time and support to provide quality clinical care, not simply move patients through appointments.

ABOUT YOU

We’re interested in speaking with Audiologists who are:
- Qualified and eligible to practise as an Audiologist in Australia
- Passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience
- Strong communicators who can build genuine rapport with patients
- Empathetic, professional and patient-focused

- Interested in continuing to develop their clinical knowledge and skills
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
- Excited by innovation and a different approach to traditional audiology

Previous tinnitus experience is highly regarded but not essential.

If you’re a great Audiologist with the right attitude and a genuine interest in learning, we can teach you the specialist tinnitus component of the role.

WHY JOIN TINNITUS RELIEF AUSTRALIA?

Whether you’re looking for remote work, an in-clinic position on the Sunshine Coast, or a hybrid role, send through your resume and a brief introduction.

Confidential enquiries are also welcome.
