The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to join a major enterprise program in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong Tosca automation experience, combined with experience testing complex SAP environments.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on Tosca Automation experience – mandatory




- Experience leading automation testing and test teams
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Candidates with experience across other SAP platforms/modules will also be considered
- Strong SAP functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing experience
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and test suites
- Test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with business, technical and delivery teams

The Role You’ll take ownership of automation testing across a complex SAP setting, helping drive the automation approach while remaining hands-on with Tosca.

We’re particularly interested in Test Leads who combine strong technical automation capability with delivery and stakeholder leadership.
