At Airport Toyota, we're looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys being busy and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient and professional service to both internal teams and customers. As one of Melbourne's leading Toyota dealerships, our Parts team plays a critical role in supporting a busy workshop, trade customers and retail enquiries.

A Day in the Life

No two days look the same, and that's exactly what keeps this role engaging. Your day may involve assisting with parts enquiries, sourcing and ordering genuine Toyota parts, processing customer and internal requests, checking stock arrivals, managing inventory enquiries and ensuring parts are available when needed.

You'll work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and a range of internal departments while also providing exceptional service to trade and retail customers.

Some moments are quick paced and reactive. Others require patience, problem solving and strong attention to detail.

You'll become a key part of the operation, helping keep things running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the level of service Airport Toyota is known for.

About You

You are organised, switched on and know how to work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy. You enjoy being part of a team, communicate well with both customers and colleagues, and take pride in doing things properly in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalogues and systems




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience within a Dealership, Trade Parts or broader Automotive Parts Environment is Essential
