ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our workshop team.
Working with a range of leading vehicle brands, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, maintenance and vehicle inspections to manufacturer and dealership standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled servicing, repairs and maintenance on customer and dealership vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.
- Complete warranty repairs and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform road tests and quality control inspections as required.
- Accurately document repair work, diagnostic findings and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure efficient workshop operations and outstanding customer service.
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualified Automotive Technician.
- 5+ years experience preferred.
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment will be highly regarded.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
