About the role

We are looking for a hands on, hospitality passionate Manager to lead our bar and restaurant. You will run the floor, manage the bar, and lead a team in a busy venue.

Key responsibilities

Run the floor and manage bar operations

Lead and encourage fellow team members

Manage a busy bar and restaurant

About you

2+ years experience managing a busy bar and restaurant

Strong leader who can run the floor and manage a bar

Drinks knowledge and food knowledge

Ability to keep composed under pressure whilst being great with guests

RSA essential

Approved managers certificate necessary

Must be available weekends
