Full & Part Time Opportunities – Hoppers Crossing Sports Club

Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a rapid‑paced, people‑focused environment and want to be part of a friendly, community‑based Club, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, bistro and café areas

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)

- Cash handling and POS operation

- Bar and table service

- Food handling and service

- General cleaning duties

- Maintaining the Club’s presentation and service standards

Licensing & Experience

RSA and RSG (Victoria) are essential, or a willingness to obtain them. Experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service is highly regarded.

What we’re looking for

- Confident, friendly communicators

- Strong attention to detail and resilience during busy periods





- Team players with a positive attitude

- Previous hospitality or gaming experience preferred

- Comfortable working split shifts

- Availability across weekends and evenings
- We support work/life balance and aim to provide each team member with at least one weekend off per month.

Presentation Expectations
