Reporting to the relevant Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily and nightly operations, support staff on shift, and ensure the Club delivers a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for members and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising staff across gaming, bar, bistro and customer service areas
- Leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Overseeing gaming operations in line with Victorian compliance requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming
- Cash handling, reconciliations and shift close procedures
- Supervising bar, floor and food service
- Maintaining venue presentation and safety standards
- Managing customer enquiries, escalations and patron care
- Ensuring smooth operational flow across all departments
About you
- Proven experience in hospitality, gaming or club operations
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
- High attention to detail and resilience during peak periods
- Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- RSA and RSG (Victoria) - or willingness to obtain
