Summary: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and drink recipes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and pastries - Offer advice to customers on drink choices - Operate coffee machines and other equipment - Clean and maintain equipment and work area - Monitor stock levels and order supplies - Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role - Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and recipes - Good time management skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Valuable interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail
