- Crafting consistently amazing coffee and specialty drinks

- Assisting with café operations and food service
- Keeping our café clean, organised, and welcoming
- Working alongside a positive, supportive team
About you
- Previous barista experience and confidence on the machine
- A friendly, energetic personality
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive during busy service periods
- Previous team leader, supervisor,
or management experience (bonus)
- Experience training or mentoring team members (bonus)
- A desire to grow into a leadership role in the future (bonus)
