Palm Club is a recent island-inspired café and bar coming to Williamstown.

We’re looking for a confident and personable Barista who knows how to make an excellent coffee and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every person who walks through the door.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for

- Producing consistently high-quality coffee
- Providing warm and engaging customer service
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and service-ready
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required
- Helping us build relationships with our local customers and regulars

ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience
- Can confidently manage the coffee station
- Brings positive energy and personality to work
- Enjoys talking to customers and remembering regulars
- Takes pride in quality and presentation




- Works well as part of a close team
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Is happy to help beyond the coffee machine

Morning and weekend availability will be highly regarded. WHY JOIN PALM CLUB?

We’ll move from relaxed daytime coffees and Caribbean-inspired food into sunset drinks, cocktails, music and social evenings. You’ll be joining from the beginning and helping shape the atmosphere and community around an exciting new Williamstown venue.

Experience is important, but attitude matters just as much.
