400 Gradi Eastland is looking for an experienced casual Bartender to join our team as we head into the warmer months.

With spring catch-ups, summer dining and festive celebrations ahead, this is a great opportunity to bring your cocktail skills, coffee knowledge and welcoming service to a lively Italian restaurant.

Required:

- Valid RSA certification and working knowledge of liquor licensing laws
- Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
- Minimum one year of bartending experience in a busy bar environment

Salary: Casual, Restaurant Industry Award – Level 2, $33.85 per hour, plus superannuation and applicable penalties

Location: Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood, VIC

About the Role:

You’ll be behind the bar preparing cocktails, pouring drinks and making quality coffee, helping guests settle in and enjoy their time with us. As service picks up through spring and summer, you’ll keep your bar organised, maintain presentation standards and work closely with our front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.

This casual role requires Friday, Saturday and Sunday night availability,



with additional weekday and daytime shifts available depending on restaurant demand.

What You’ll Bring:

- Confident cocktail-making skills and experience with a varied beverage menu
- Proven barista experience, including coffee preparation and machine operation
- Friendly communication and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome
- Solid organisation and attention to detail, even when orders build up
- A positive, reliable approach and willingness to support your teammates
- Pride in keeping the bar clean, stocked and ready for service
