Gradi Mornington is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an opportunity for a passionate and professional bartender to bring their experience to a fast-paced restaurant environment where great service, quality and teamwork are essential.

Working closely with our Front of House and kitchen teams, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beverage service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Required:

- Proven minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Full availability, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and blackout periods.
- A professional and reliable approach with the ability to work well within a team.

Preferred:

- More than 1 year of experience working as a Bartender.
- Good knowledge and experience in cocktail making.
- Barista experience and skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Salary: Restaurant Industry Award - AU$27.08 per hour Level 2, plus superannuation and applicable penalties. Employment Type: Part-time.

Hours: 8-35 hours per week.

Location: Gradi Mornington, Mornington VIC.

What you'll do

- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create cocktails to a high standard with consistency and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage and cocktail menu.
- Assist guests with beverage and wine selections.




- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Follow all RSA and responsible service requirements.
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with the wider Front of House team.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused environment,

What you'll bring

- A current RSA Certificate.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- More than 1 year of experience as a Bartender is highly regarded.
- Positive knowledge of cocktail preparation and service.
- Barista skills and experience are highly regarded.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- The ability to remain organised and efficient during busy service periods.
- A reliable and positive approach to teamwork.
- Full availability, including weekends.
