- Bar & Floor: Lead our bar operations while confidently supporting the floor during busy services.
- Italian Food & Beverage Savvy: Bring a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and aperitivi.
- Traits: A leadership mindset, great work ethic, and a valid RSA.
