We're looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team at Heineken House, Sydney Airport.

Located within one of Australia's busiest airports, Heineken House brings together premium beverages, great food and an exciting atmosphere for travellers from around the world. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences and know your way around a busy bar, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're pouring the perfect beer, crafting classic cocktails or recommending the ideal drink to complement a meal, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our venue.

We have both Full-Time and Casual positions available.

All applicants must be available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with confidence




- Providing friendly, engaging, and professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
- Processing orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with replenishment
- Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and venue procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant or high-volume hospitality venue
- Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails
- Holds a current RSA certification or competency card
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Confidence working in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $27.08 – $33.85 per hour
