About the role

As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Property Management portfolio by identifying current opportunities and building lasting relationships with property investors.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to achieve outstanding results
- Oversee the management of a quality residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Identify and secure new property management opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll
- Network within the local community to generate referrals and new business
- Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the agency.

About you

- Proven experience in Property Management




- Previous leadership or team management experience highly regarded
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, results-driven attitude
- Skilled presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
