We are an expanding, progressive pawnbroking business having been established 30+ years ago. We have 4 owned stores and 3 franchises throughout the western suburbs of Sydney.
The successful applicant will be introduced to the exciting world of pawnbroking, working alongside fun and driven individuals.
About the role The successful applicant will learn all facets of the pawnbroking industry including the retailing and selling of high quality second hand goods, the valuing, buying and lending against high quality goods.
You will be expected to work across all 4 of our current locations (Mt Druitt, St Marys, Emerton and Blacktown).
You must have the availability to work across 5 days including weekends.
Previous customer service and sales, with KPI focus experience is essential.
Full on job training.

What We Are Looking For Previous experience in sales working towards KPI's.
A good overall knowledge of a range of products.
Self-motivated, pro-active approach to work.
A positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.
