Salary: $120-$140/ hour depending on experience. Plus travel (time and km reimbursement)
Location: mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Specific location as desired by the therapist!)
Schedule: up to 2 (or more) ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised behaviour support plans
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies to help clients manage their behaviour and improve their quality of life
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support workers, families,
and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Provide training and mentoring to support workers on effective behaviour management techniques
- Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting support plans as needed
- Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to the development of client documentation
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- 2 years experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Desirable but not necessary)
- NDIS Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level minimum)
- Experience working in the NDIS sector (Desirable but not necessary)
- Current Working with children check
- Current CPR
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team To apply:
