The Opportunity: Our Business Development function have an exciting opportunity available for a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive to join them in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent basis. This role forms an integral part of our Bids & Pursuits team and will be responsible for supporting our Pursuit Managers aligned to our Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Energy & Infrastructure is one of our three anchor sectors at Ashurst Perkins Coie, this role will see you support our Pursuit Managers with the end-to-end development of high quality, distinctive and compelling client-centred complex bids and pursuits. You will also have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium bids & pursuits.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

- Experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments with a proven track record of winning strategic bids.?
- Experience of proposal writing and collaborating with SME stakeholders and other teams to deliver against pursuit requirements.?
- Solid work-winning process knowledge, writing and project management skills; able to transform technical information into clear, compelling, succinct content for proposals to various audience types.?
- Experience supporting bid teams throughout the bid lifecycle, including critical meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.?
- Strong writing skills; able to transform technical information into clear, compelling, succinct content for proposals to various audience types (including public sector (government/councils), banks, financial institutions and corporates).?
